Jewelry Info
| JULIAN & Co. is durable and heirloom quality – we solder all jewelry with links/rings - keeping active little ones in mind.
Most pieces have a high shine mirror finish and are thick enough to be personalized on both sides.
Our signature line (the pieces with the baby hands and feet) comes on a cable link chain. The DEL MAR line and pieces for Dad comes on a ball chain.
Personalization
All personalization is inscribed in capital letters, and we follow a specific and consistent format. The only exception to our format is the year may include 4 numbers instead of 2 if the particular pendant allows for it. Ie. 2.11.05 may be 02.11.2005 only on the larger charms. Fractions will be inscribed as decimals. If unsure please contact us.

Please follow letter/character restrictions. The number of letters/characters that can fit on a charm/pendant depends on the size ordered. The number of letters/characters allowed on each specific pendant is specified in the description.
The photos of the pendants are not their actual size. Some photos show two pendants to either display the choice between hands and feet, or to show both sides of the pendant. The base price for all pendants is for one pendant unless otherwise specified.
Gift wrap
We offer gift wrap which includes an anti tarnish flannel pouch, our logo box, gift tag and satin ribbon.
Product care

It helps for jewelry made out of sterling silver to stay shiny by wearing it. Sterling silver tarnishes differently on different people depending on body chemistry.
We don’t recommend wearing any JULIAN & Co. pieces while cleaning with harsh chemicals.
Both sterling silver, and gold can be cleaned by rubbing with a soft cotton cloth or by washing with warm soapy water. For removing tarnish and polishing, we recommend our polishing cloth.
We offer free polishing for all products. The customer is responsible for shipping the pieces to us and for the return shipping fee. When sending in a piece to be polished, please include the order number, and updated shipping address. Include a check payable to Little Jules (our legal name) for return shipping in the amount of $7.95.

| If for some reason we have made an error with your order, within 15 days you may email us and we will send a postage paid envelope with a return authorization number. We will fix the error and promptly return the item.
JULIAN & Co. jewelry is customized and made to order just for you. We do not accept returns or cancellations.
